Welcome to MKA & Associates. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

MKA & Associates is a registered audit and advisory firm in Dubai, UAE. Our services include audit, accounting, tax, and business advisory services.

• "Company" refers to MKA & Associates, its partners, employees, and authorized representatives.
• "Client" refers to any individual, company, or entity engaging our services.
• "Services" refers to all professional services provided by MKA & Associates.
• "Agreement" refers to the engagement letter and these Terms and Conditions.
• "Confidential Information" means all information disclosed by either party.
• "Fees" means the charges for services as agreed in the engagement letter.

MKA & Associates provides professional services including but not limited to:

• Audit and assurance services
• Accounting and bookkeeping
• VAT and Corporate Tax services
• Business advisory and consulting
• Business setup in UAE
• Management reporting

The specific scope of services will be detailed in the engagement letter provided to the Client. Any changes to the scope must be agreed in writing.

The Client agrees to:

1. Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the services.
2. Ensure that all documents provided are genuine and authentic.
3. Make management and staff available for discussions and queries.
4. Inform the Company of any changes in circumstances that may affect the services.
5. Pay all fees as agreed in the engagement letter.
6. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Our fees are based on the nature and complexity of services. The following terms apply:

• Fee Structure: Fees will be detailed in the engagement letter or as agreed separately.
• Invoicing: Invoices are issued monthly, quarterly, or as per agreement.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• Late Payment: Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.
• Disbursements: Out-of-pocket expenses will be billed separately.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of VAT which will be added as applicable.

We are committed to protecting your confidential information:

• All Client information will be kept strictly confidential.
• We will not disclose Client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect data.
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination of services.
• Our employees and partners are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Our liability is limited as follows:

• Services are provided with reasonable care and skill.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the Client.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• By Client: Written notice of 30 days.
• By Company: Immediate termination if Client breaches obligations.
• Fees Due: All fees up to termination date must be paid.
• Return of Documents: Client documents will be returned upon request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, particularly those applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
